Only registered users will be allowed to use the WRC Bulletin Boards.   It is no longer necessary to wait for a user name and password to access the Bulletin Boards.  You will be able to register online and create your own account with password and and login to immediately have access and participate in the WRC Bulletin Boards.   As you fill out your registration online, please fill the form as complete and accurate as possible.  (Note: If you have registered on the Classified ads, you are a registered user on the WRC Bulletin Boards.   Your username and password are the same for both services.)

All users are encouraged to ask any questions about the topic or subject being discussed in the Bulletin Board.   Knowledgable users are encouraged to answer questions and be as helpful to other users as much as possible.   This is the main purpose of the board, as well as to exchange ideas and opinions about the topic being discussed. All polite and reasonable comments are welcomed!

Please include your first and last names and your e-mail address when posting to the WRC Bulletin Boards.

DO NOT include any Home Page or Web Site Addresses (URL's) in the WRC Bulletin Boards. (http:/www.yourhomepage.com/)

Due to the wide variation of content found on many web sites hyperlinks to home pages or other web documents will NOT be permitted in the WRC Bulletin Boards.   NO advertising or promotion of any products or services will be allowed in the WRC Bulletin Boards. .

No profanity or descriptions detrimental or offensive to any person, dog, organization or product will be allowed in WRC Bulletin Boards.
